Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Workday Integration Lead to manage the integration between Workday and Cloudpay during a major integration programme. In this hands-on role, the contractor will collaborate with both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth and compliant integrations while addressing any issues that arise. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires effective stakeholder communication across HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration workstream between Workday and Cloudpay.
- Design, build, and test integrations in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
- Manage and resolve integration issues throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to align on requirements.
- Maintain integration documentation and ensure governance standards are met.
- Adhere to timelines and ensure delivery of integration milestones effectively.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience leading Workday integrations, preferably within a payroll integration context.
- Experience with Cloudpay or similar third-party payroll providers is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced programme environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive and solutions-focused individual with the ability to work independently.
