Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage in a significant transformation programme aimed at modernising legacy systems, advancing cloud adoption, and facilitating strategic business change. The role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define requirements, enhance business processes, and support the transition of critical applications to modern, scalable platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes.
- Work with Solution Architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
- Support the transition and migration of legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Facilitate cloud adoption initiatives, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Assist in data migration and integration efforts to enhance business change initiatives.
- Document and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering business and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong background in legacy system modernisation and migration to contemporary platforms.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and delivery teams in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with scalable and secure solution design principles.
- Experience in cloud transformation initiatives, preferably with AWS.
- Knowledge of ERP transformation and application modernisation processes is preferred.
- Understanding of API-led integrations and modern enterprise architectures.
