Overview
The IT Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical infrastructure and operations projects for a leading global consumer goods brand. Working remotely, the contractor will manage significant migration and integration efforts, particularly focusing on cloud transitions to Azure and the deployment of IT systems, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations projects.
- Coordinate migrations to Azure and integrate new IT systems.
- Oversee SAP Application Management Services initiatives.
- Facilitate the rollout of IT systems such as firewalls and Office 365.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT programme or project management.
- Expertise in large-scale migration projects, especially to Azure.
- Experience with SAP Application Management Services.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure rollout, including network and firewall systems.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage virtual teams.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
