Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a digital transformation programme within a well-established organization. The successful candidate will oversee multiple business and technology initiatives in a PMO-style environment, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex settings and can effectively manage stakeholder relationships while driving project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent transformation projects.
- Drive project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
- Coordinate business change activities across operational and technology teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide visibility and reporting to senior leadership on programme status.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering business and digital transformation projects.
- Strong Project Management background within complex organisational environments.
- Experience working within PMO or portfolio-style delivery functions.
- Agile delivery experience and understanding of modern project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience supporting technology change initiatives and software/tool implementations.
