Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in Service Delivery to oversee the transition of services within an organization and ensure operational readiness for new service introductions. This hybrid contract position requires collaboration with various stakeholders including the Design Authority and IT teams, focusing on maintaining service level agreements and managing complex governance frameworks. The role is high-visibility and integral to successful service transitions and operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service transition activities for incoming services and initiatives.
  • Own and manage the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) stage gate to ensure readiness criteria are met.
  • Develop and maintain transition plans, readiness criteria, and documentation for service acceptance.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and operational stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Act as TSA Service Owner and Functional Delivery Lead, overseeing related delivery activity.
  • Manage and monitor TSA Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for performance and compliance.
  • Produce governance documentation, status reports, and leadership updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Service Delivery, Service Transition, and Operational Readiness in IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and SLA management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within complex program structures with multiple workstreams and governance layers.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and begin work immediately is essential.
  • Experience with carve-out programmes is highly desirable.
