Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects focused on factory and infrastructure systems. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams including IT, engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will bridge technical complexities and stakeholder communications effectively in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver IT projects involving industrial systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate across IT, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
- Plan and manage project resources, risks, milestones, and budgets.
- Apply structured methodologies while adapting to factory constraints.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Ensure seamless integration of industrial systems with enterprise platforms.
Requirements
- Strong project management background with experience in infrastructure or industrial systems.
- Ability to manage projects involving servers, telecoms, control systems, or factory technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial IT environment.
- Familiarity with structured project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or waterfall.
