Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a high-profile Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will work alongside various teams, including Risk, Finance, Procurement, and Technology, to manage the end-to-end delivery of the TPRM programme, which is currently in the vendor selection phase. This position requires a strong business focus and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring successful alignment with regulatory initiatives and implementation of a new TPRM solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a strategic Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme from initiation through implementation.
- Manage the vendor selection process and oversee implementation of a new TPRM platform.
- Work closely with 1st and 2nd Line Risk teams to embed effective third-party risk processes.
- Produce high-quality project documentation including business cases, governance packs, RAID logs, status reporting and steering committee updates.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Support wider regulatory initiatives including DORA and Operational Resilience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering complex business change programmes within the Lloyd's/London Market insurance sector.
- Proven track record delivering Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programmes.
- Experience implementing TPRM platforms or leading vendor selection (RFP/RFI) processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory change including Operational Resilience and DORA.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Strong programme governance, reporting and project documentation experience.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Formal Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) preferred.
