Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled IT Project Manager to oversee projects focused on factory systems and infrastructure. This hybrid role involves working closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of industrial IT projects, from server infrastructure to telecoms, while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver IT projects involving industrial systems and site-based technologies.
- Coordinate efforts among IT, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
- Plan and manage resources, risks, milestones, and budgets for projects.
- Apply structured project methodologies while adapting to factory constraints.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure seamless integration of industrial systems with enterprise platforms.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience with a focus on infrastructure and industrial systems.
- Proven ability to manage projects related to servers, telecoms, control systems, or factory floor technologies.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with both technical and operational teams.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial IT environment.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or waterfall.
