Overview
We are seeking an IT/OT Project Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to oversee a critical project involving the upgrade of SCADA platform software. This hybrid role will require collaboration with various teams, and the successful contractor will manage the project from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with operational needs and technological capabilities. The position is initially contracted for six months.
Responsibilities
- Manage the upgrade of SCADA platform software across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Deliver IT/OT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project documentation and transition plans to Operations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and practices within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT/OT Project Manager in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects in a hybrid IT/OT environment.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems and their application in manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Immediate availability or within one to two weeks is required.
