Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a future-state IT Service Operating Model within a global Target Operating Model (TOM) programme for a retail organization. This primarily remote role involves collaboration with subject matter experts across various service management domains, ensuring the alignment with ITIL standards, and managing reporting to senior management on the project's progress and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service workstream within the IT TOM programme.
  • Provide structured reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to define and implement ITIL-aligned service processes.
  • Oversee enterprise service management initiatives, including tool implementations.
  • Interface with system integrators and third-party suppliers for delivery objectives.
  • Drive global stakeholder engagement to ensure service continuity and adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service transformation within global organizations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to report to Senior Management and work within PMO frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL standards.
  • Ability to operate confidently in dynamic and fast-paced transformation environments.
