The IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations of a rapidly growing tech-enabled trading business. This hands-on position requires immediate availability and offers a dynamic work environment, where the engineer will assist end users with various IT-related issues, ensuring that systems function smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage incident resolution and ticket handling.
  • Build, set up, and deploy laptops.
  • Provide hands-on hardware and end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot general desktop and IT issues.
  • Support users within Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace environments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support or desktop support.
  • Strong skills in hardware setup and laptop provisioning.
  • Experience with incident management and service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
