Overview
The IT Trainer will support the rollout of a new Dynamics 365 CRM system for a global data and insights company. They will work primarily in a remote capacity, with some required onsite presence in London. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training to end-users across multiple markets, facilitating a train-the-trainer program, and driving user engagement with the new system.
Responsibilities
- Get up to speed with Dynamics 365 CRM alongside the implementation team and build a comprehensive training plan.
- Deliver end-user training sessions across various business units during the rollout phase.
- Lead a train-the-trainer initiative to promote global knowledge and adoption of the CRM system.
- Drive user engagement and understanding of the CRM functionalities among diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering training on Dynamics 365/CRM after implementation.
- Strong background in rollout, go-live phases, and adoption strategies.
- Ability to create effective training content for a variety of audience levels.
- Experience working in global and multi-country environments.
- Capacity to adapt training approaches to unique use cases, such as managing panellists instead of traditional customers.
