Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a long-term international programme focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves significant global travel, especially to locations in Australia and New Zealand, and requires a trainer who excels in delivering engaging training sessions and creating effective training materials. Working closely with project teams and end users, the successful candidate will facilitate system adoption across diverse cultures and user groups.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions to business users for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Create and adapt training materials and user documentation for various platforms.
- Support system adoption and ensure effective training implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and end users for successful rollout.
- Communicate complex information clearly and practically to diverse audiences.
- Manage training sessions in classroom, remote, and workshop formats.
- Travel internationally for training sessions approximately every two out of three months.
Requirements
- Strong background as an IT Trainer, Systems Trainer, or ERP Trainer.
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
- Proven experience training users on ERP, finance, operations, or similar systems.
- Ability to develop clear training materials, guides, and user documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Comfortable with extensive international travel and adapting to different cultures.
- Organized, professional, and able to work in a long-term contract environment.
