Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Job Aide to support our psychological services by accurately documenting meetings and assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide crucial support in the delivery of psychological reports, leveraging their typing proficiency and psychology background. This role requires a professional level of discretion and adherence to data protection guidelines, while also offering flexibility in working hours for part-time sessions, primarily on weekdays with occasional evening work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scoring tests and drafting reports.
- Capture verbatim notes during live sessions, both in-person and via secure video.
- Produce polished transcripts and structured summaries to agreed templates and timelines.
- Response to client inquiries by telephone and email.
- Handle sensitive information in accordance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Support basic social media management, including drafting updates and scheduling posts.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with document production and quality assurance checks, in compliance with GDPR.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology or higher.
- Experience in marketing, specifically social media marketing.
- Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute, with verifiable testing.
- Strong command of English with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of psychology.
- Ability to work on-site in London or Nottingham as required.
- Access to a computer with reliable internet and up-to-date productivity software.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
