Overview
The Junior Technical Support Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a major enterprise organization's technology program, working in a fast-paced corporate environment. This position involves providing technical support, asset management, and operational coordination predominantly within a Microsoft ecosystem, while collaborating closely with both UK and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support across desktop, collaboration and end-user technologies.
- Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and escalations through ServiceNow.
- Support users across Microsoft technologies including Teams, Office 365, and Windows environments.
- Assist with asset management, device tracking, and lifecycle processes.
- Support operational governance and risk management activities within the technology function.
- Ensure strong user communication and high levels of customer service throughout ticket resolution.
- Support ongoing workplace technology and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Support Analyst, EUC Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Microsoft technology environments, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Active Directory.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
- Ability to work within enterprise or corporate technology settings.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
- Exposure to asset management and operational support activities.
- Experience in the financial services or regulated industry is advantageous.
