Overview

The Junior Technical Support Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a major enterprise organization's technology program, working in a fast-paced corporate environment. This position involves providing technical support, asset management, and operational coordination predominantly within a Microsoft ecosystem, while collaborating closely with both UK and international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on IT support across desktop, collaboration and end-user technologies.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and escalations through ServiceNow.
  • Support users across Microsoft technologies including Teams, Office 365, and Windows environments.
  • Assist with asset management, device tracking, and lifecycle processes.
  • Support operational governance and risk management activities within the technology function.
  • Ensure strong user communication and high levels of customer service throughout ticket resolution.
  • Support ongoing workplace technology and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Support Analyst, EUC Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft technology environments, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Active Directory.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Ability to work within enterprise or corporate technology settings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Exposure to asset management and operational support activities.
  • Experience in the financial services or regulated industry is advantageous.
