Lead Consultant

Overview

As a Lead Consultant in Operational Research, you will provide data-driven insights to shape defence strategy and capability planning over a 12-month engagement. Collaborating with MOD clients, you will spearhead modelling and simulation projects while mentoring junior analysts. This position emphasizes delivering valuable analytical findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models and simulations.
• Conduct cost-benefit and scenario analyses.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts in operational research methodologies.

Requirements

• Hold SC clearance.
• Possess a strong background in operational research, data science, or applied mathematics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Have experience in defence or government analytics.
