Overview
This role involves serving as a Looker Studio Data Analyst, taking the lead in building and optimizing a Looker Studio dashboard for immediate client needs. The contractor will collaborate within a recruitment marketing and employer branding context, where their work will significantly influence reporting maturity and analytic processes across numerous client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize a Looker Studio dashboard for live client engagements.
- Integrate multiple data sources, including GA4, paid media platforms, and job boards.
- Replace manual reporting processes with automated, scalable solutions.
- Design a repeatable reporting framework to support future client delivery.
- Translate data across the hiring funnel into clear, actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and reporting effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to integrate and model data from various sources including paid media and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of UTM and pixel tracking methodologies.
- Experience in automating reporting workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Effective communication skills for conveying insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive approach with ownership and the ability to challenge existing processes.
