M365 Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled M365 Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on helping clients leverage Microsoft 365 effectively. The ideal candidate will analyze findings from our proprietary tool, Novalysis, and transform raw data into actionable insights that guide client decisions on licensing, migration, and change management. This role promotes direct client interaction, making it essential for the analyst to communicate complex findings clearly and confidently. Responsibilities

• Analyze client M365 estates using Novalysis data to deliver clear insights.
• Present findings to clients to facilitate informed licensing and migration decisions.
