Overview
The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and value growth through in-depth data analysis and audience insights. Collaborating closely with marketing, audience, and technology teams, the contractor will analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making throughout the marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer, campaign, and audience performance data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle initiatives through data analysis.
- Design and evaluate tests, experiments, and campaign performance reviews.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Partner with marketing, audience, and MarTech teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, or performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and campaign measurement.
- Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
- SQL skills highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
