Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a premier MEP package for a luxury hotel development in London. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, as well as adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design coordination process, including BIM, for the MEP package.
- Resolve design and site coordination challenges across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
- Manage installation sequences and oversee the work of MEP trade contractors.
- Prepare scopes of work and supervise procurement for trade contractors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards during MEP installations.
- Implement quality assurance, testing, and health & safety procedures.
- Manage package budgets and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes for successful project completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering MEP packages for luxury hotels or high-end construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, installation sequencing, and commissioning processes.
- Experience in high-specification hospitality environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach.
