Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design and deliver training for a team of experienced developers transitioning into the Microsoft analytics ecosystem. The trainer will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that equip participants with practical skills and knowledge to effectively use Microsoft analytics tools. This role offers flexibility regarding remote and on-site delivery and involves working with a cohort of around 10 learners.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Conduct classroom instruction combined with hands-on workshops.
- Cover key topics including Microsoft Fabric architecture, data management, and analytics lifecycle.
- Facilitate practical exercises to build confidence in using Microsoft analytics tools.
- Assess learners' understanding and provide feedback on their progress.
- Publish and govern analytical solutions securely using Power BI.
- Translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) accreditation is essential.
- Strong commercial experience in delivering Microsoft Fabric and Power BI training.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Fabric platform and its analytics capabilities.
- Excellent skills in Power BI development and data modeling.
- Experience in delivering training to technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Previous experience within Higher Education or the Public Sector is advantageous.
