Overview
The Microsoft Copilot Consultant will engage with clients on AI-focused consulting projects over a 3-month period, working remotely with candidates based in the UK. The consultant will leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead customer discovery sessions, map out business processes, and create practical AI Proof of Concept solutions, ensuring clients understand and harness Microsoft AI capabilities to enhance their operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer discovery workshops to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI.
- Map business processes and identify suitable use cases for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic AI solution designs and high-level architectures.
- Design, build, and configure Proof of Concept agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Demonstrate solutions to customers, capture feedback, and refine agents accordingly.
- Produce high-level solution designs, implementation recommendations, and handover documentation.
- Work collaboratively with AI Architects and wider delivery teams to identify technical risks and dependencies throughout each engagement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building and deploying Proof of Concept agents.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Experience configuring knowledge sources, topics, prompts, and conversation flows.
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Strong business-process mapping and workflow-analysis skills.
- Ability to produce high-level solution designs and recommend technical approaches.
- Strong workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience producing technical documentation and solution overviews.
