Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with expertise in Business Central and Shopify to join a dynamic team remotely for a project duration of three months. This role focuses on supporting and integrating ERP and e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence and providing high-quality support to business users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, data synchronization, and workflows.
- Liaise with support partners for complex issues requiring 2nd/3rd line support and coordinate activities between parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with configuration, customization, and updates to Business Central and Shopify.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Train and guide end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including ERP modules like finance, inventory, and sales.
- Experience with Shopify, including Avalara, store setup, apps, themes, POS, and APIs.
- Understanding of integration tools and middleware such as BC to Shopify connector, APIs, and EDI.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
