Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to play a critical role in a major ERP implementation programme. The contractor will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery partners, and technical teams to ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system meets organizational growth objectives and delivers measurable business value. This hybrid role involves owning and prioritizing the product backlog and shaping the ERP roadmap to effectively translate business needs into actionable priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Shape the ERP roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, building consensus across all levels.
- Define priorities for delivery within Agile environments.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
- Ensure the system delivers measurable business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Strong background in product ownership and ERP programme delivery.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience managing product backlogs and defining priorities in Agile settings.
- Excellent communication skills to balance strategic and operational needs.
