Overview
The Microsoft Intune Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing a secure enterprise environment using Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace technologies. Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams, the specialist will assess existing processes and implement solutions to improve device enrolment, compliance, policy management, and endpoint security. This role emphasizes technical delivery, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive health check of the Microsoft Intune environment.
- Review and enhance device enrolment and provisioning processes utilizing Windows Autopilot.
- Investigate and resolve compliance, configuration profile, and policy deployment issues.
- Troubleshoot endpoint management challenges across Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
- Evaluate Conditional Access policies and strengthen endpoint security configurations.
- Enhance device compliance and bolster the organization's security posture.
- Support application deployment and management updates through Intune.
- Produce clear technical documentation and best-practice guidance.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Proven experience in managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Windows Autopilot, device enrolment, and provisioning.
- Experience in troubleshooting compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
- Experience in secure enterprise environments focusing on endpoint security and vulnerability remediation.
- Familiarity with co-managed environments involving SCCM/MECM is beneficial.
