Overview
The NEC Housing Systems Specialist will join a Housing Systems Transformation Programme, focusing on training staff for two significant system go-lives in local government authority. They will collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging training on various NEC Housing modules, ensuring users are well-prepared for implementation and ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for NEC Housing modules.
- Deliver both face-to-face and virtual training sessions to a diverse audience.
- Create clear, user-friendly training materials including user guides and e-learning content.
- Provide floor-walking support during system implementation.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and subject matter experts.
- Conduct training needs analysis to tailor training approaches.
- Continuously refine training methods based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering systems training in housing or local government environments.
- Proficient knowledge of NEC Housing Solutions across multiple modules.
- Background in supporting large-scale system implementations or transformations.
- Strong communication skills tailored to various user confidence levels.
- Proven ability to create accessible and clear training materials.
- Desirable: Knowledge of end-to-end housing processes and mobile workforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and change management practices.
