Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Integration Specialist to oversee the integration of NetSuite ERP with iSAMS for a family-owned organization in the education sector. This fully remote role involves hands-on technical work, focusing on the design, development, and support of robust integration solutions, while collaborating with various stakeholders including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and iSAMS.
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations using SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Configure and maintain middleware solutions where appropriate.
- Map and transform data between NetSuite and iSAMS.
- Automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance.
- Produce technical documentation and support testing/UAT.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations.
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite ERP experience.
- Previous experience integrating NetSuite with iSAMS.
- SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and XML.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar.
- SQL and data transformation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on end-to-end NetSuite integration projects.
