Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Integration Specialist to lead the integration efforts between NetSuite and iSAMS for an organization in the education sector. This fully remote, hands-on role involves designing, developing, and supporting robust data integrations while collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and external vendors. The contractor will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between the Student Information System and NetSuite, along with troubleshooting and optimizing integration performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and iSAMS.
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations using SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Configure and maintain middleware solutions where appropriate (Celigo, Boomi or similar).
- Map and transform data between NetSuite and iSAMS.
- Automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
- Produce technical documentation and support testing/UAT.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations.
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite ERP experience.
- Previous experience integrating NetSuite with iSAMS.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development.
- Experience with RESTlets and SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and XML.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar.
- SQL and data transformation experience.
- Experience working on end-to-end NetSuite integration projects.
