Overview
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Mobile Network Solution Architect for a contract position focused on the design and integration of large-scale mobile network solutions. In this role, the architect will lead efforts across major telecom transformation programs, collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position emphasizes strong technical expertise in mobile networks, making it ideal for those with a hands-on architectural background.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for major mobile network transformation programs.
- Design scalable, future-ready network solutions across multiple technology domains.
- Own the solution design process from initial scoping to delivery and governance approval.
- Produce and review key architecture artifacts, including TRS, HLDs, and HLSDs.
- Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and domain architecture teams.
- Resolve complex cross-domain technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives, architectural standards, and operational requirements.
- Support technical governance and architecture review processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an End-to-End Network Solution Architect within mobile telecoms environments.
- Proven experience across at least two mobile network domains such as Packet Core, OSS, Voice Core, RAN, Devices, and Core Networks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and integrate complex multi-domain mobile network solutions.
- Strong understanding of mobile network architecture and network-to-IT integration.
- Experience producing high-quality architecture documentation and technical design artifacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
- A background in Core Network Architecture, RAN Solution Design, OSS Architecture, or Technical Design Authority (TDA).
- At least 8 years of experience in senior technical architecture or solution design roles within telecoms.
