Overview
We are seeking 2-3 experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation program on a contract basis. The role will involve collaboration with both operational and technical teams to enhance and optimise the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes while managing stakeholder requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform.
- Work with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Analyse processes to identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Configure and support the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
- Lead workshops to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities, providing hypercare as needed.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and user support.
- Analyse and troubleshoot production issues and support API integrations.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience in configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge operational and technical teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with testing, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discussions effectively.
