Overview
The Manhattan Active WMS Consultant / SME will play a crucial role in a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme. This position involves collaborating with warehouse operations, supply chain, and technical delivery teams to enhance and optimise the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform. Successful candidates will leverage their expertise to identify improvement opportunities, configure solutions, and support various project phases, including user acceptance testing and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
- Analyse warehouse processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Configure and support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
- Lead workshops and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and hypercare processes.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and user support as needed.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support API integrations, data flows, testing, releases, and deployments.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Experience in configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions.
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and platform capabilities.
- Background in delivering or supporting Manhattan Active implementations or optimisation programmes.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to bridge operational teams and technical delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
