Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Risk Management (RM) Functional Consultant to join our team on an outside IR35 contract basis. This role involves collaborating with clients and systems integrators on an ERP program focused on financial clients, with the key objective of ensuring comprehensive capture and implementation of risk management requirements. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders including Business Architects, Data Migration Leads, and Business Analysts, while primarily operating in a largely remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Review all Oracle solution design documents (SDDs) to ensure alignment with risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to capture all necessary Risk Management requirements.
- Produce Risk Management SDDs and configuration documentation as required.
- Configure Oracle Fusion instances for testing, cutover, production, and business-as-usual operations.
- Assist the OCM lead in developing Oracle Guided Learning prompts and training materials.
- Contribute to the creation of lower-level process maps with Business Analysts.
- Implement financial controls within the Oracle system as per organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion, specifically in the Risk Management module.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Risk Management from implementation to support.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and how they can be integrated into Oracle Solutions.
- Experience working with financial clients on ERP solutions.
- Ability to produce clear documentation such as configuration files and design documents.
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and processes.
