Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to lead the testing initiatives across large-scale ERP transformation programs on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role involves close collaboration with programme leadership, client stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners, focusing on quality delivery and successful business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver comprehensive testing strategies and governance frameworks.
- Lead all phases of testing including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Manage the testing delivery for ERP implementation and upgrade programmes.
- Coordinate testing activities across integrated Finance, Payroll, and enterprise systems.
- Oversee defect triage, risk management, and reporting activities.
- Review and assure the quality of testing artefacts including scripts and summary reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement testing best practices.
- Support the adoption of automation frameworks in testing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in enterprise ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong track record of at least one full end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Desirable experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or strong Test Management experience with SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Payroll business processes.
- Expertise in test governance, defect management, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and delivery management capabilities.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments preferred.
