Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled Oracle Fusion Developers with expertise in Payroll and HCM to join a key government project on a significant long-term contract. In a modern DevOps environment, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting crucial changes within Payroll systems, particularly focusing on major pay award implementations and seamless system integrations. You will collaborate closely with other technical specialists to ensure the success of high-priority initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll applications.
- Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas and manage system elements.
- Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations.
- Build data models and extract insights using OTBI/BI reporting and SQL/PLSQL.
- Investigate and resolve complex payroll system issues in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance required for this position.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, particularly in Payroll and Fast Formula.
- Strong proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, SQL/PLSQL, and OIC.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI/BI reporting tools.
- Experience in corporate services, shared services, or public sector environments is desirable.
