Overview
The Oracle Fusion IT Trainer will play a vital role in a major transformation programme, focusing on user readiness and successful adoption of Oracle Fusion. This position involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions and materials while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and project teams. The trainer will also support knowledge transfer and improvement efforts post-training, ensuring users can effectively leverage the new system.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training aligned to the implemented solution.
- Develop engaging training materials and learning resources to support end users.
- Deliver training sessions in line with the agreed training strategy and programme plan.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure training meets user needs.
- Support post-training adoption, knowledge transfer, and solution embedding across the organisation.
- Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering training for Oracle Fusion implementations or other enterprise ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes, with experience across one or more functional areas.
- Experience designing and delivering role-based training programmes for large-scale transformation projects.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and support successful organisational change and user adoption.
