Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle-focused workstreams for a major transformation programme. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with governance standards. The initial contract is for 6 months with a flexible onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Oracle-focused project workstreams.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting in line with programme governance requirements.
- Drive effective communication across business and technical teams.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex Oracle programmes or projects in a Project Manager capacity.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and programme governance.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, resources, risks, and dependencies within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
