Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Training Facilitator to support the Change workstream within a University. The successful contractor will work closely with the Change Lead to design and deliver training programs that enhance understanding and utilization of Oracle Fusion among university staff. This interim position is focused on facilitating effective change management during the transition period.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions on Oracle Fusion for university staff.
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored to user needs.
  • Collaborate with the Change Lead to align training objectives with project goals.
  • Assess training effectiveness and adjust content based on participant feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training facilitation, specifically with Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in an educational or similar institutional environment is a plus.
