Overview
The Oracle Trainer will play a crucial role in a significant finance transformation project, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials that facilitate the adoption of Oracle Fusion systems. Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, the trainer will ensure that colleagues and external partners are equipped to navigate the new systems through effective training sessions and resources. This position is particularly important within a multi-year program initiative, allowing for a direct impact on the project's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning, videos, and guides tailored to various audiences.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on Oracle ERP and EPM systems, focusing on key finance functionalities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide in-application guidance via Oracle Guided Learning, offering step-by-step support.
- Review and refine training materials based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.
- Manage learning communities and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support internal communications for consistent messaging regarding the training program.
- Lead training-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP implementations.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver learning programs using e-learning tools such as Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated project management experience and capability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in GSuite applications (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Meets, Chat).
- Willingness to travel frequently to various sites including head office and partner locations.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms like Oracle Guided Learning is preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
