Overview
The OT Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating application and asset information within ServiceNow while working closely with operational and engineering teams. The contractor will execute scripts on Windows servers, analyze the data collected, and produce reports to support the organization's software inventories and application lifecycle management. This role requires effective communication and project management skills to ensure progress tracking of remediation activities and coordination with site teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update application and asset information within ServiceNow.
- Run scripts on Windows servers to identify installed applications and collect inventory data.
- Analyze outputs and compare findings against vulnerability and control requirements.
- Produce reports summarizing remediation and application modernization requirements.
- Track remediation activities and follow up with site teams on progress.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status reporting.
- Support patching and upgrade activities as required.
- Coordinate with operational and engineering teams to ensure actions are completed safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell or batch scripts.
- Good understanding of software inventories and application lifecycle management.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or OT environments.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to organize, track and manage multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA, or other industrial applications is a plus.
