We are looking for an experienced Pathology IT Services Manager to lead the operational delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of pathology technology services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This hands-on role requires the incumbent to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of pathology systems and infrastructure while managing relationships with suppliers and compliance with service standards. The position demands a proactive service leader capable of effective communication with all levels of the organization, driving improvements swiftly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of pathology IT services and infrastructure.
  • Manage supplier governance and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives across laboratory, clinical, and technical teams.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and performance of pathology technology systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on service performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT services in healthcare or laboratory settings.
  • Hands-on expertise with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related technologies.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and enforcing SLAs/KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management practices, including incident and problem management.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in delivery-focused project and program management.
