Overview

The Business Analyst will play a critical role within the transformation team, collaborating closely with the Head of Client Delivery Transformation. This position involves scoping new initiatives, evaluating technology solutions, and solving complex problems to enhance global client delivery processes. The analyst will also facilitate communication across various stakeholders to ensure alignment and the successful implementation of transformation programs such as the Jira rollout and payment journey redesign.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial scoping of new transformation programs by understanding problems and mapping current-state processes.
  • Research and evaluate technology solutions in the market, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from client delivery, technology, product, and operations to gather requirements and align on delivery approach.
  • Support deployment planning for automation, data, and process initiatives within the global client delivery organization.
  • Manage tasks ahead of upcoming initiatives to enable swift action once funding and priorities are established.
  • Contribute to redesigning core end-to-end processes, focusing on identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Consulting background (strategy or management consulting associate level) or equivalent analytical Business Analyst experience.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate research findings into actionable plans.
  • Experience in working with technology and operations teams within financial services, asset management, or fund administration is preferred.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, process mapping, or data strategy work is a plus.
