Overview
We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with extensive insurance industry experience to take the lead in architecting and delivering Pega applications. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure that applications align with business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of Pega applications across insurance functions such as claims, underwriting, and policy servicing.
- Translate insurance business processes into scalable Pega solutions.
- Apply Pega AI capabilities including Knowledge Buddy and Blueprint to enhance design efficiency and automation.
- Define and oversee cloud-based deployments using Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Mentor developers and architects, providing guidance on designs and ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to integrate solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
- Proven experience delivering Pega solutions in the Financial Services or insurance sector.
- Hands-on expertise with Knowledge Buddy and Blueprint.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment principles, particularly with Pega Cloud or public platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with on-site presence required 2–3 days per week.
