Overview
We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with strong Laravel experience to join a thriving events company on a fully remote, Outside IR35 contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with a small team on various long-term projects, including contributing to a significant greenfield development project, all within a modern Agile cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Back End applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Assist with task management by taking on tickets and addressing the general workload.
- Contribute to a large-scale greenfield development project.
- Implement REST APIs for authentication and consumption.
- Utilize Blade and Eloquent ORM for effective data handling.
- Work within a CI/CD and containerization setup.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Back End PHP development, specifically with Laravel (version 11 preferred).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication processes.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, Agile environment.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and containerization technologies.
- Bonus: Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Next.js, or Tailwind.
