Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery across a critical enterprise SaaS platform.
  • Manage platform enhancements, upgrades, and change initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Manage relationships with third-party platform providers and delivery partners.
  • Drive release planning, governance, and delivery activities.
  • Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Ensure platform reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering and operating large-scale SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology functions.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
  • Experience leading platform upgrades, migrations, or transformation programmes.
  • Ability to balance delivery objectives with operational stability and governance requirements.
  • Highly desirable experience in loyalty, rewards, or membership platforms.
  • Experience in travel, airline, or fintech sectors is preferred.
