Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a high-profile government transformation programme during its final transition and closure phase. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and smooth project handover activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain programme plans, RAID logs, and action trackers.
- Support governance reporting, dashboards, and board packs.
- Coordinate inputs across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage document control and assurance activities.
- Provide analytical and coordination support to the PMO Lead.
Requirements
- Proven PMO / Programme Support experience in large, complex environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, RAID, and reporting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Recent experience working within Central Government.
- Experience supporting large transformation or divestiture programmes.
