Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a high-profile government transformation programme during its final transition and closure phase. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and smooth project handover activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain programme plans, RAID logs, and action trackers.
  • Support governance reporting, dashboards, and board packs.
  • Coordinate inputs across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage document control and assurance activities.
  • Provide analytical and coordination support to the PMO Lead.

Requirements

  • Proven PMO / Programme Support experience in large, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance, RAID, and reporting processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Recent experience working within Central Government.
  • Experience supporting large transformation or divestiture programmes.
