Overview
The PMO Coordinator will play a crucial role in a large-scale business separation initiative, collaborating with various workstreams to ensure successful milestone delivery. This position involves working closely with senior stakeholders and managing governance frameworks in a structured program environment, with a strong focus on reporting and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams.
- Track and manage progress across a large number of program milestones.
- Work within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs).
- Maintain governance frameworks and provide updates into the steering group.
- Drive execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
- Manage and continuously improve planning, reporting, and Excel-based processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator or PMO Analyst within large programs involving TSAs.
- Background in Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., macros, VBA) to improve efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale program tracking with precision.
- Carve-out project experience is highly desirable.
