Overview
We are seeking a PMO Support / Project Coordinator to facilitate project delivery and support services within a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy. This hands-on role requires a candidate with experience in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly in coordinating schedules, tracking activities, and maintaining project documentation. The contractor will collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure effective organization and alignment across Dynamics 365 / BizApps projects and Managed Services.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers and delivery teams in Dynamics / BizApps projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, actions, and updates.
- Manage resource bookings, availability, and scheduling.
- Support Managed Services and service support activities.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery actions.
- Maintain project information, reports, and PMO documentation.
- Assist with small change and release activities coordination.
- Work with stakeholders across Delivery, Managed Services, PMO, and Practice teams.
Requirements
- Experience in PMO support, project coordination, or delivery support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft BizApps, Dynamics 365, or similar Microsoft environments.
- Understanding of service support, Managed Services, or BAU delivery.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in working with project teams, consultants, and delivery leads.
- Attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate data.
- Ability to work at pace across multiple priorities.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, or Project Operations is advantageous.
