In this contract role, the Pre-Sales Solution Architect will collaborate with enterprise clients to define and design tailored Salesforce solutions that meet their business requirements. Working closely with the sales team, the architect will be responsible for leading pre-sales technical discussions, developing solution designs, and creating supporting documentation throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and a strong understanding of multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to understand their needs and challenges, presenting solution requirements.
  • Partner closely with the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle, demonstrating technical expertise in workshops.
  • Produce high-quality solution designs and technical proposals, including supporting documentation for bids, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Deliver Proof of Concepts to validate proposed solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical issues throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales role within a Salesforce Partner organization.
  • Strong expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience leading scoping workshops with clients across various industries.
  • Ability to define and design technical conversations and architecture.
