Overview
The Principal Consultant (Data and AI) will lead a strategic engagement focused on enhancing the Research and Development Digital and Data Strategy within a hybrid working environment. They will collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while translating complex insights into actionable recommendations. This role requires a seasoned strategy consultant with expertise in data and AI, capable of guiding the overall quality and integration of the project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engagement plan and ensure workstream coordination and quality assurance.
- Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders from various departments.
- Own the strategic narrative connecting digital insights to business objectives and value.
- Guide prioritisation and development of a strategic roadmap.
- Ensure deliverables are practical and aligned with executive needs.
- Act as the main point of accountability for final recommendations and leadership presentations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data strategy, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record in leading senior client engagements from strategy to execution.
- Strong skills in executive storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of data strategy, AI enablement, and transformation roadmaps.
