Overview
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join an innovative BioTech startup for a 6-month contract aimed at transforming laboratory and hospital operations. This role will involve leading a high-performing team through critical project phases, including the first customer rollout set for March 2026. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and scalability of the next-generation platform, ultimately impacting cancer research and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small, high-performing team during a busy delivery phase.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to maintain project momentum.
- Define product boundaries, priorities, and incremental milestones.
- Drive the re-architecture of the core platform to improve scalability and reliability.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with stakeholders and customers to de-risk delivery.
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experienced Principal or Senior Product Manager with technical fluency.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup settings.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to align teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with complex, integrated products is a plus, but fresh perspectives are welcome.
